Stage Presence for Leaders

Boost performance through movement

Empower your leaders with the untapped skill that turns good presenters into great presenters.

What would change for your organization if your leaders — emerging and established — reliably delivered impactful presentations, on stage and on camera?

The difference is movement.

Including movement as part of your communication vocabulary presents an untapped opportunity for presenters.

At Crispin Spaeth Coaching, we start all of our trainings with an introduction to Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT), an approach to movement that is often taught in elite actor training programs.

When leaders use IAT to improve their speaking skills, they are able to:

  • Improve their vocal expression and energy

  • Be intentional with movement expression that matches their material

  • Keep audiences engaged with even the most technical information

  • Adapt to change if something goes off course

A little science, a little art, and a lot of humanity.

By learning to understand their physiological responses to new or intimidating things, and by playing with curiosity rather than perfection, your leaders will develop an unshakable foundation that will allow them to develop their own dynamic and engaging performance style.

No need to fake it ‘til you make it!

Your audience’s attention is priceless. Don’t waste a moment onstage with a lackluster or confusing performance.

Stage presence is a skill that can be learned. Empower your leaders to present with nuance, personality, and confidence.

Clients describe the impact of working with Crispin

“Working with Crispin has really given me that edge in both my coaching and my public speaking and lecturing. I own a room now when I show up this way and I am completely integrated.”

- Wendy Cook, Evergreen Business Coach, Professor

“As a sales coach, I’m on video calls or presenting almost every day. Working with Crispin and learning Integrative Alexander Technique gave me a new way to think about mind and body together, unified, moving me where I want to go. Client rapport is job number one for me, and now I’m able to be even more present with my clients. I’m not in this little box in a video. I feel more confident and grounded, and able to show up even more authentically with my clients and audiences. It’s powerful stuff.”
