What to expect from coaching

Getting started with Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT)

First, a few questions

What's not working? What is working? Where do you need to get to? In our initial session we discuss your goals, examine your strengths and blockers, and then co-create a plan for change.

Next, an intro to IAT

We experiment with practical, everyday movements like walking, standing, sitting—or anything that you do regularly. These are opportunities for investigation, understanding, and improvement.

Then, we bring it all together

If your goals are professional, we might explore scenarios from your work life. If you’re focus is pain or injury, we may target daily activities that impact your healing journey.

Coaching is available in a private studio setting and online. Sessions will look different each time, because we follow your curiosity and interests.

Whatever results your seeking, you’ll be empowered with new skills and gentle encouragement to move you in the right direction.
