About Crispin Spaeth Coaching

Align to your dearest wishes.

Hi, I’m Crispin!

I work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives to trust the intelligence of their bodies so they show up calm, confident, and connected in any setting. My work is based in Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT)—a simple, powerful way to move and speak with ease.

I first found IAT years ago when I was a contemporary dance choreographer, often dealing with strain and stress. It was a lifesaver—simple self-care I could take anywhere. Over time, I realized it wasn’t just about my body. It changed the way I created, connected, and expressed myself.

Now, I share this work with people who want to:

  • Speak or present with clarity and impact

  • Let go of “shoulds” about how they move through the world

  • Release old patterns of tension or injury

IAT is a tool for understanding yourself and for following through on what you really want.

Through Private Coaching, Group Classes, and Workplace Trainings, in-person and online, we’ll tailor the work to your goals—so your energy, voice, and leadership can shine.

Curious what this work could open up for you? Let’s explore it together.
