On-Air Ease:
Voice and Movement Skills for Presenters
You don’t need to become a different person to come across well on camera, podcasts, presentations, or client calls.
Do you ever get on a podcast or onstage and just not feel like yourself? Like, as soon as you’re being watched, things get a little weird?
Or maybe you hate filming video content so much that you just don't do it, even though you know if would help you reach your ideal client?
New lighting, a new mic, even beautiful new clothes get you part of the way to building the confidence you want to project, but still...
Some people unconsciously brace, rush, or over-perform the moment attention turns toward them. That might cause:
sounding less natural than you do in real life
tension in the jaw, neck, shoulders, or breath
losing your train of thought
over-preparing, over-correcting, or self-monitoring
feeling disconnected from yourself while trying to “show up professionally”
On-Air Ease is the solution that runs much deeper, and is much more sustainable, than pushing through or “fake it til you make it.”
Here’s how: Start by understanding how your movement is affecting your energy, vocal quality, and nervous system responses.
Once you have this understanding, so much more expression, confidence, and clear thinking becomes available. This helps you build your relationship with your audience in any format.
For just $95, and in under 2 hours, On-Air Ease offers a way for you to
smooth the path so your brilliance shines.
