Want to feel better while you work? This intro to Integrative Alexander Technique will start you on a path toward accessing your natural coordination so that you can move, think and communicate more freely, at work and beyond.

In a very practical sense, Integrative Alexander Technique can help you be better at the work you do. How you move affects how you think and vice versa.

Topics of these lunchtime sessions will include: the anatomy of sitting, standing, talking, typing, and communication; the beauty of having a head and spine; and the practical application of positive language and active verbs!
