Learn a remarkably simple, practical process that offers a way for you to access your natural coordination so that you may move, think and communicate more freely.

In this 4-class series we will step through the essential IAT principles, putting them right into practice so you can use them in your everyday life. While early lessons will focus on physical activities -- walking, standing, using your computer or phone -- this is a whole-self learning process. You will come away with new information that connects the dots between the anatomy of movement and awareness of self.

Students have expressed these benefits:

  • Physical tasks became easier and more pleasurable

  • Repetitive activities became less tiring

  • Intentions became more clear

  • Prioritization became easier

  • Choice became more available

All of these may lead to more time and energy becoming available for you to do the things you most care about. Whether it's leading a meeting, running, singing, texting, or putting on a backpack, Integrative Alexander Technique can help you do it with more ease, and more fun!
