Integrative Alexander Technique is a learning process that helps us move, think, and communicate in ways that match our unique selves. It can support you in doing the things you most care about. In this special workshop for pianists, we explore how this vibrant process can help you find new avenues of expression and more ease while you play the piano and move through your day.
