The Alexander Technique is a whole self learning process that can help you move, think, and communicate more freely in support of your work or art. It can help you “put a little space between stimulus and response.” - Marjorie Barlow
While early lessons may focus on making physical activities more comfortable, this wonderful learning process, based on vertebrate physiology, can also reveal the ways in which we have choice in how we respond to the world around us.
In these 5 group classes we will move through fundamental concepts of the Alexander Technique, in direct application to your interests and life. Class may be taken as a series or as individual drop-in. Feel free to bring your lunch!
